Here’s an awesome opportunity to make a huge difference in our community! The Manager will lead Circulation Desk activities and support its efficient functioning; assist patrons with library services including technology; and supervise and schedule Library Assistants and volunteers. The Manager ensures a welcoming and organized environment for Library users, facilitates access to resources, and contributes to the overall success of Library operations. Considerable judgment is exercised in circulation desk administration. The Manager maintains and improves upon the efficiency and effectiveness of all areas under their control while creating a positive work environment. This position is 24 hours per week with benefits. Schedule includes some weekday evenings and some Saturdays. Preference is given to those with prior library experience. Position requires lifting up to 30 lbs, standing for long periods of time, kneeling, and stooping.
