The Friends of the Library are a group of men and women who are organized to help the Library raise additional funds. The group meets informally throughout the year to organize two book sales held in the spring and fall each year. Proceeds from sales supplement the book budget, provide materials for children's programs, and help out in other areas where needed.

The Friends can use your help with their sales and projects, even if you are not able to volunteer at the Library on a regular basis. There is no cost to join. Call the Library at 804-435-1729 for additional information or to volunteer.
